Terrible Experience. Avoid This Company.
I ordered a part on **September 10** for **$828.40**, but they sent me the wrong item not once, but three times.
I gave them the exact part number and even confirmed it multiple times, yet they kept shipping the wrong product. Their representative, Rodger Craig, told me I needed to 'confirm' the part, which is ridiculous since it's their inventory. I'm not a mechanic, so I trusted them to send the right part based on the part number I provided.
To make it worse, they're now refusing a refund, even though their invoice clearly states a 30-day return policy. I also had to pay for return shipping on their mistake, and I'm now only offered a check for a refund after paying via Zelle, which doesn't feel reliable.
I'll be going to the police and filing a chargeback with my bank due to this company's complete lack of responsibility.
David Brown, who sold me the part, has gone silent.
It took almost **two months** of dealing with their errors and poor customer service. Avoid this place at all costs - they're scammers.

Verified Reviewer |I paid $1,048 for parts...they either didn't fit or didn't work. NO REFUND
My 2003 Thunderbird with 98k miles had a serious gas odor leak. My Ford Dealer
recommended replacing the FUEL TANK & PUMPS plus the FUEL FILLER NECK.
Ford no longer supports the 2002 to 2005 Thunderbirds.
I got to "Car Parts Solutions", purely by ACCIDENT.
I dialed, Desert Valley Auto Parts in AZ.
There was LOTS of Buzzing & Clicking. When the phone connected, I was greeted with
"Car Parts", nothiing more.
I asked if this was the "BIG YARD" in AZ..."Yes it is", replied SAM. I told him what I
needed...he replied with "hold please". "Good News...we have it...$648".
It was high but it
included the pumps. "By The Way Sam added. ALL OUR PARTS ARE TESTED & you
have 30 days for REFUND/REPLACEMENT".
The FUEL FILLER NECK came in at $399. My grand total was $1,048.
My mechanic installs the tank and then tells me, "THE PUMPS DON'T WORK" and the
FUEL FILLER NECK is 4 inches too long.
Later, I call Car Parts Solutions...HANNAH answers,
she says..."let me get JAMES". A few words were exchanged...than says, "let me get you
a RETURN LABEL."
That was back in June '24. It is now Sept of '24 it. I NEVER HEARD from them AGAIN.
I figure they owe me a $300 REFUND.
$100 for each pump ($200) & $100 for
FILLER NECK.
Whether they REFUND or NOT, this REVIEW will be POSTED. I will REMOVE it IF we come
to a resolution.
There are plenty of other places to buy your CLASSIC CAR PARTS but DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY YOUR PARTS at "CAR PARTS SOLUTIONS--SAN DIEGO.
YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
