I was billed mid Sept 2022 for balance of my deductible. I paid promptly.
On my bank statement the check had cleared by Oct 12022.
Nov 1st I was billed again and CaroMont claimed they never received payment. I sent proof of copy of check and deposit info.
CaroMont said they would review and get back to me which they did not. Why review when I have proven payment???
I then filed complaint with BBB.
The excuse was given to BBB that they didn't know where to apply money because I did not furnish info.
I furnished my full name, birthdate, address and phone number. What more would they need??
I paid exact amount I was billed for.
How many people would they have with identical info that owed the same amount as I did???
What a lame excuse!!!
This is not the first issue I have had with the administrative dept of CaroMont.
They first of all need to teach communication skills so the employees know how to speak with diplomacy to those who pay their salary. Hiring folks with a brain would help also!!!
