It made me swell up to the point of I could not open my eyes for 3 days
I haven't heard anything back from this company as of today. 02/21/2023
I had to cut my hair off above the shoulder & it was long very past my lower back right at the top of my waist line & totally traumatized by the experience this all happened 2 weeks ago & I still can't bring myself to use shampoo I will use body wash or dish soap...

Hair loss and shedding
I recently started using carols daughter goddess shampoo and conditioner after a few days my hair started shedding really bad so i used it again thing it was just needing to be conditioned and shampooed more . But then larger amounts of hair came out .
I thought maybe it was something in the water but when i went to get my hair done my beautician noticed it also and asked what i was doing my hair was so short she couldn't braid it in certain areas i am going to get a pixie cut to try and revive my hair had been growing it out for three years with no problem. Back to my old shampoo i should have left well enough alone. If interested i use Biotene H24 shampoo and contioner comes from the vitamin store it does really work .
My hair dresser told me to throw away that carols daughter stuff she had hear about this happening to other people . So in the trash goes my money

Company resolved the issue.
Carol's Daughter has given me a refund for the product I purchased and unusable for my hair.It took some time to get in contact with the right people, it was the run around, but again it has been resolved and thank you for asking.
