Water pump broke, took the car at Carolina Volkswagen on south boulevard in Charlotte, NC. They fixed it at a cost of $1100. A friend told me water pump should be on warranty until 100k miles I called VW headquarters and they confirmed that the pump is under warranty!!!

Called back the dealership and complained, got my money back but still!!! D
