Very bad experience due to negligence. Please let the president know that I am filing a class action lawsuit due to fraud and deceptive practices.
You negligently gave me incorrect information on a recorded call intended for use in court, regarding a delivery, and never sent tracking numbers. One boot was lost for 20 days; one boot was stolen. Your negligence was the proximate cause of this. I was told delivery would be after 8-7-24, however, it arrived on 8-3-24.
In addition to a 20k small claims suit, I have contacted all the Yelp complainants who are gladly joining our suit. New angry customers who would like to join the class action federal suit should contact the email below. You fail to tell customers that you will not replace boots that are not delivered properly, on the day told by negligent sales and without any tracking. If I do not receive a prompt replacement by 8-14-24, suits will be filed.
Two calls to the online manager were not returned. I'm sure the president will fire her for not doing the right thing and getting him sued. Please contact me at: louieaction@***.com. Esquire, please act accordingly.
I am coming after you legally and through reviews for the rest of my life.

Ordered first pair ever, they fit, most comfortable ever. Then sole came unglued from shoe and sent them in because they suck and got money back but unfortunately made the mistake of trying the same.boot again thinking maybe that was a defective pair.
Nope this pair hasn't even lasted 6 months and they're coming unglued again!!! Ordered a stitched pair this time 8 Wides and got rhem. Absolutely not a wide boot. No way in *** are they wides!!!
Can't even send them back brcause.im told the box has to be in another box to be returned. *** ridiculous. You lost a faithful customer.carolina.

Recieved 3 pair of boots,all are are wrong size and type.called every customer service number I could find and no answer.no reply to my emails.dont buy from this company. They must be going out of business, or they soon will be treating customers like this.not one pair of boots I ordered were correct.the wrong size,the wrong type.this seems like a deliberate rippoff

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I am very disappointed in your customer service. I have called numerous times on a pair of boots that I sent back for a return.
I was initially told on Friday 12/3/2021 that the return was being processed, I called again on 12/13/2021 and was again told the return was being processed. My husband called 12/14/2021 and was told the boots were not eligible for refund because there was dirt on the bottom. These boots were delivered to my husband's business where he tried them on and absolutely did not wear them as they were a size and a half too large. Anyone who knows ANYTHING about steel toe safety boots knows the importance of proper fit and sizing.
He tried them on in his shop and when he tried walking in them his foot slid and the boots flopped because they were so large in size. I called this morning and spoke with "Kim" who was trying to assist me and spoke with her supervisor "Stephanie" who indicated that she spoke with my husband and he agreed that he wore the boots, if wearing means trying on boots and attempting to walk in them and realizing there's absolutely no way to wear them because they are extremely large then yes you can say he wore them for LESS than 5 minutes. But I am very disappointed in the customer service with Carolina Shoe company or should I say LACK thereof.
These boots are not cheap, his company buys two pairs of boots for each employee a year and TYPICALLY they use Red Wings for everything and were considering switching to Carolina Footwear. (Clearly that is not going to happen if you guys don't even assist in sizing issues) We already purchased another pair off of Shepplers in a size 9 right after shipping these back because you guys were out of stock but i can assure you if this is a glimpse of what your customer service will be that will be the last pair.
Customer Service is EVERYTHING in retail and your employees really need a lesson on what good customer service means.
I will be posting this review on all your social media accounts, google, yelp, and anywhere else i can find it if nothing is done about this.

Coming a part all over will never buy another pair of Carolina boots they should be prosecuted for claiming these boots are any good,I work around power lines today kept trippin over floppy soles got box it's just a discrace if I had to lie to people and tell em their good when their not I would quit deceiving people ,some companies have no moral compass.

Do not purchase Carolina Brand Work boots,I purchased a pair wore them one winter,and they fell apart,all around the sore. Call Carolina Brand Boot Com.
and they were of no help, and really did not even care...You would think a $125.00 pair of boots would last longer than 13 months!!..I do not even wear them in the warmer months. They are just a pos...do not purchase!!!They are junk!!What more can I tell you..Why should I have to go and get the return form from a retailer? Carolina Boots Com.
will not let you send the product back to them to be checked out, for the problem.. So my trash man has them now..I guess it is a long way back to China!!!!!!

I bought 3 pair all were either crap quality as I was refunded due to sole coming.unglued from sole. Haven't sent in 2nd pair for refund yet.
Waiting to send back this pair that sent which isn't a wide as they claim and as I ordered. I've wasted too much time and money on this company. I'm done. Now can't even return boots in the damn box they came in!!!
