Rude/ Disrespectful manager
- - 10/7 retirement dinner at Carolina Grill; Katlin was rude and asked us to leave.
- - Katlin is unfit to manage or work with the public.
On 10/7 a group of coworkers visited Carolina grill for a retirement dinner. The owners daughter Katlin was so rude and disrespectful!
She got an attitude and demanded we live her daddys restaurant. Katlin is clearly unfit to be a manager or work with the public. This lady needs serious anger management . The way she talked to our group was unacceptable- we had adults that were 60 years and older.
Katlin needs to be dealt with everybody wouldn't deal with this behavior the same way our group handled it. DO NOT EAT AT CAROLINA GRILL

- - A group reserved a private room for a retirement dinner.
- - The manager spoke rudely and told them to leave, claiming it was her father's restaurant.
A group of workers got together to have a retirement dinner for a coworker. We had a room set aside and we went in to just prep a little while doing so the waitress asked were we ready to order and we told her to give us a few minutes just Incase a few more people showed up and we would begin ordering.
When she left out the manager came in with a very rude tone saying that we need to get rolling they have other parties besides ours. We immediately asked her why was she speaking so rudely and taking that type of tone because the waitress has already spoken with us. She said yall can get out if you dont like me you cant be here because this is my daddys restaurant.
We were made to leave and service was refused. There were many present to verify that we did not wrong and the manager was out of line and not suitable to deal with the public.

Preferred solution: I’m not looking to receive anything because all was lost is my time. I just want to share my experience to warn others of the rude treatment received.
