With no reason given, this company raised my monthly rate 400%. I therefore gave their required 30-day notice, and ended our month-to-month agreement.
When requesting the return of my $150 Security Deposit, they stated "all deposits are non-refundable" (which is exactly opposite of what the contract states). I contacted the Better Business Bureau, and when they tried to question the company were completely ignored. This resulted in an "F" rating by the BBB.
This business operates in an unprofessional, careless and rude fashion. They know that they are one of the few commercial kitchens available in Charlotte, and use the monopoly to their advantage by not providing any type of customer concern.
