I visited the media center on one of your ships. I would like to pay these charges! I need to speak to someone at Carnival Cruise Lines for clarification!
Preferred solution: I have explained several times for this call during this attempt. I can’t get anyone on the phone so Carnival will not get paid for my medical visit while cruising!!! Have a good day up

We just returned from a seven-day cruise yesterday on the Carnival cruise out of New Orleans on the Liberty! The hallways and lights were full of mold.
The hallways smelled like human waste! I started experiencing sinus issues on the fifth day. I have been on five other cruises, four of which were on Carnival ships.
I have never seen or experienced anything like this. I am requesting a refund!!!

Based on my current issue, I cannot give Carnival Cruise a decent rating. It's not directly with the cruise line that I have any issues; it's with the cruise planner.
I have been a client with Carnival for almost 20 years, and I have never had the negative issues I have had as I have now with travel planner Evans Pierre. All I can say is confirm all plans, hold your planner accountable for promotion promises, and if you have concerns, immediately follow up with Carnival customer service, not your planner, especially Evans Pierre.
He has contributed to planning this family trip as a frustrating experience. I will be changing planners in the future.

It is absolutely ridiculous that Carnival Cruise Line keeps my $250 deposit for a cruise even after I cancel within 14 days, especially when the cruise is not due for another nine months. I heard they used to keep $100 of your deposit, which is still horrible, but okay.
Take it for erasing my name out of your computer, but either give me back the other $150, or put it towards a future cruise, which I suggested. But they said no - this company is terrible.
- Carnival taking 250 of my money
Preferred solution: to let me use my deposit of $250 towards the future cruise. The cruise was canceled within 14 days and they are keeping all of my money. This is crazy not even asking for it back. I’m just asking him to put it towards the future Cruise.

I had zero balance on my statement and woke up to been charge again $545
I contacted my bank your cruise double charge my card this is the conversation with my bank I want my money back on my card immediately this is ridiculous I made sure all my accounts was clear before getting off the cruise to only be hit with this nonsense
Being charge for cruise cancelation. $300
I took out insurance. But I did have a compound fracture of my right leg attached to knee and stomach septics.
I have taken a lot of cruises on carnival. So disappointed in your company.

Carnival in the worst ever. They take your money and keep it if you have to cancel your cruise.
I will never ever do carnival again. They r the worst. The ships are having more and more problems and *** their customers.

Had a very bad customer service experience
My family came out positive with covid and couldn't get on the cruise, so I wanted to change it for a future trip. They gave me a hard time to the point I will last 4 hours on the phone on Tuesday Wednesday Friday and today Monday trying to resolve the problem.
They didn't want to give me a full refund, so the option was to get a upgrade room and me having to pay more.
I lost my onboard credit. I don't call this me canceling, this is the cruise line not letting me get on because I have covid.

You haven’t listed any specifics as to you issue. Other consumers have nothing to base your experience on. If you wrote something like this to Carnival, it offers them no details to address with the employee. All you did was express your feelings in a subjective review.
