Stole my luggage

I was denied access to load the ship Jan 10 2026 because I did not have my birth certificate however they took my luggage without my birth certificate and then I tried to get my luggage and was told have a seat they will get it I was assured I was getting my luggage then they claim it was on the ship then I was assured I would get my luggage when the ship get back Jan 16 then the dodge game was implemented and then I did everything they said constant lies and I feel like I was sized up because I was dressed nice and I hope this is not it but it seems like theft by deception to me I just want my luggage and no call about my luggage but at least 25 emails trying to sell me a cruise

Talk to someone about issues

Ask about an accessory room, and I had a person get on the phone who was very, very rude, and all I kept asking was to speak to a supervisor.

We just returned from a seven-day cruise yesterday on the Carnival cruise out of New Orleans on the Liberty! The hallways and lights were full of mold.

The hallways smelled like human waste! I started experiencing sinus issues on the fifth day. I have been on five other cruises, four of which were on Carnival ships.

I have never seen or experienced anything like this. I am requesting a refund!!!

Refund for cancelled cruise

Based on my current issue, I cannot give Carnival Cruise a decent rating. It's not directly with the cruise line that I have any issues; it's with the cruise planner.

I have been a client with Carnival for almost 20 years, and I have never had the negative issues I have had as I have now with travel planner Evans Pierre. All I can say is confirm all plans, hold your planner accountable for promotion promises, and if you have concerns, immediately follow up with Carnival customer service, not your planner, especially Evans Pierre.

He has contributed to planning this family trip as a frustrating experience. I will be changing planners in the future.

This is a third party site for thousands of companies that other consumers come to. You have not reached Carnival.

You haven’t listed any specifics as to you issue. Other consumers have nothing to base your experience on. If you wrote something like this to Carnival, it offers them no details to address with the employee. All you did was express your feelings in a subjective review.

A nasty hate-filled one at that that attacks someone by name. Do better or stay offline.

I visited the media center on one of your ships. I would like to pay these charges! I need to speak to someone at Carnival Cruise Lines for clarification!

Preferred solution: I have explained several times for this call during this attempt. I can’t get anyone on the phone so Carnival will not get paid for my medical visit while cruising!!! Have a good day up

Kept our $250 deposit after cancelling cruise within 15 days

Take it for erasing my name out of your computer, but either give me back the other $150, or put it towards a future cruise, which I suggested. But they said no - this company is terrible.

Being charge for cruise cancelation. $300

I took out insurance. But I did have a compound fracture of my right leg attached to knee and stomach septics.

I have taken a lot of cruises on carnival. So disappointed in your company.
