My vehicle was impounded after I gave Tripple AAA my location I did not receive any notification. When I call the towing company they tell me they could not find it.

I am beyond aggregated because I live in Lancaster, PA. I was working in Chester, my vehicle began to drive irregularly. So I pulled over of the side of 322 W before the Commodore Barry Bridge. I spoke to a police officer about the situation. I advised him that Ripple AAA was on the way. I took the only ride that was available for me to get home. The next day, Sunday most shops are closed, so I called first thing in the morning to be told they don't have my vehicle.. To call around impound and if I don't find it, report it stolen.. I don't understand how I received notifications about time arrival, but never did I receive anything about them not locating it. Now I have been struggling to get to Bridgeport, NJ where my vehicle is. With a $600 dollar bill. And I have no way there, the money keeps adding up. Tripple AAA should be held responsible for being unprofessional. And leaving customers to struggle and pay unneccassary fees. it. NNowim BB
