I booket and paid for a trip from JFK to Manhattan. They never came to transport us, and I never got a refund.

I was to call Carmel Car & Limousine Service after I had picked up my luggage at JFK, and so I did. I was told that a car would come to transport me and my family within 10-15 minutes.

No car showed up. I called again after 23 minutes, then I was told that we unfortunately had to wait for 30-40 minutes. We waited. 40 minutes later I called a third time, we had now been waiting for more than one hour, and the time was close to midnight.

Then I was told that unfortunately there was no driver or car in the area, but they could cancel my order and I would get my money back within 5 days. This is now three weeks ago, and my money has not returned, and I never got a response to my email.
