I've bought a package from you which cost 122 pounds online on 16/10/24. You have sent me an OBD reader that's not compatible with your software, so the license is rendered useless. You need to send me the Carly universal OBD reader so I will be able to access the program.

Verified ReviewerI have bought a code reader and the VW codes, due to unforeseen circumstances I no longer had the car when it was delivered and politely requested that I could change them
I have politely asked them numerous times to change the codes over, and I have been ignored. There is no customer service anymore; it's simply just 'give us your money and shut up.' Companies are going down the pan left, right, and centre, and not one of them seems to care. Useless, overpriced rubbish.

I subscribed to Carly Solutions and cancelled because what they offered me was rubbish. I sent an email to cancel the subscription and tried to cancel it through them.
I thought it was all done. However, they have been taking out money ever since. Just yesterday, they took out £86. You know a company is dodgy when you can't contact them.
I have sent them emails and they don't answer.
This is ridiculous. I just want my money back.

Why the *** is $112. is being charged to my credit card , I didn't authorize no such transaction which has forced me to cancell this card altogether
