- - Requests to change codes have been ignored.

- - Prices are overpriced and customer care is lacking.
I have politely asked them numerous times to change the codes over, and I have been ignored. There is no customer service anymore; it's simply just 'give us your money and shut up.' Companies are going down the pan left, right, and centre, and not one of them seems to care. Useless, overpriced rubbish.

I cancelled my subscription to Carly notified massacre not to give payment. I tried to Get Carly to work on my car, but it did not. I am very disappointed paying that much money.
The scanner will not connect to my cell phone. I have tried many times, but it will not connect.

I subscribed to Carly Solutions and cancelled because what they offered me was rubbish. I sent an email to cancel the subscription and tried to cancel it through them.
I thought it was all done. However, they have been taking out money ever since. Just yesterday, they took out £86. You know a company is dodgy when you can't contact them.
I have sent them emails and they don't answer.
This is ridiculous. I just want my money back.
