Merchandise sold to me
- - Following directives, lawn is weed-covered.
- - Seeds grew into weeds.
- - Winter additive damaged the mower.
- - Fix-it department is not trustworthy.
Johnathan Green Black Beauty seeds even after following ever directive provided we now have a fully covered lawn of weeds. Seems every seed sprouted into a weed not what was sold to us as a beautiful lawn.
Furthermore the additive sold to us to put in the lawnmower for the winter caused destruction to the machine.
And so I would run far away from this merchant when in need of garden items and especially their fix it department that are not trustworthy. Enough said want proof come see the results.

quoted once price on phone $50.00 when we got there it went up $10.00 never told what a overhaul would cost at that time after more than 1 week they said it would cost an additional $190.00 in addition to $60.00 already charged to my account . We had the same service done for $35.00 right after that so you can see whybvuyer beware I am pissed and they never gave me the courtesy of their reply when contacted them.

needed a repair was quoted $50 to bring it in then when we got there it became $60.00 they kept it two weeks and then quoted us $260.00 for a service. That could have been disclosed without a $60.00 fee for holding the machine hostage. This IS NOT WE HAD AGREED UPON THEY TOLD US NOTHING OTHER THAN A YEARLY OVERHAUL IS $260.00 WE DID NOT PAY THAT MUCH FOR THE ITEM WHEN PURCHASED NEW.
Why should we be paying that $60.00 to hear a service on any machine is a $260 plus tax of course???????
