Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. They were averse to a return for zero reason and no explanation given.

They kept upping the percentage of refund til it got to 50%. If I returned it, I had to ship it to China and the fee was equivalent to 50%. Tell them you want 55% off.

They will keep upping the discount by 10% until you say 55. It's total scam.

I ordered a simple gold cross. It arrived with a big tag saying, "stainless steel." In addition, I thought I ordered from an american company.

Didn't. It's garbage from CHINA. They have a standard 30 day refund policy to which I emailed immediately, "I want to return this item." They replied asking me if I'd like 10% refund and keep item. No, take it back.

Well, needless to say, we're at the stage where they've offered me 30% refund so I don't have to pay to ship it back to them.

They also said, "This is our final offer." I am not negotiating--I want my 50 bucks back. How is this difficult?
