Its impossible to to call and get a hold of a live agent, frustrating experience, there are a lot of people without internet access such as my parents that would like to talk to a live agent to purchase tickets because they are not familiar with online services or dont know how to use a computer. Its amazing ticket master can to accommodate that type or older demographic. Ticket master is not an inclusive company.
User's recommendation: Try to use order channels to buy tickets.
