All the staff here are friendly and accommodating, they even suggest their best pastry, so we tried their Cannoli. I was so impressed with how crunchy and how good the filling is. Try also their lobster tail.

I received a package from Carlos ad there was no paperwork with it. I called to find out who sent it.
Had to send an e-mail and there started the run around.
They wanted me to Pay 5$ for an answer. It"s a rip off.

I ordered online 1-cut cake (slices wrapped individually) & 1 whole cake. Paid $101 but never heard anything about when cake will ship, etc. Plz contact me.

Its impossible to to call and get a hold of a live agent, frustrating experience, there are a lot of people without internet access such as my parents that would like to talk to a live agent to purchase tickets because they are not familiar with online services or dont know how to use a computer.
Its amazing ticket master can to accommodate that type or older demographic. Ticket master is not an inclusive company.
