My friends mom took her car for check engine light on . 3 weeks later they dont know why the light is on . Really . If your incometent techs cant find a problem and get the light off . Tell her or him so they can get it fixed somewhere else that can fix it . Dont trust these people with your auto .

Terrible Service Department
TWO bad service department experiences. FIRST: I took my Buick Regal in to have the automatic climate control fixed. At first, the service writer argued with me that I wasn't doing it right 3 times, before they even looked at it. Turns out it did need to be repaired. They called to tell me it was going to take longer because the shop door closed on my car and the ONLY damage was my license plate bracket was damaged and they will replace it. After telling him it never had a front license plate bracket, he then told me it also scratched my bumper a little. I had a friend that works there, send me a picture of the car and I caught them in the 2nd lie. The grill needed to be replaced, and bumper repainted. A crushed grill and dented bumper is not quite the same as knocking off the license plate bracket. SECOND: I work for a leasing company, and leased a client of mine a new 2015 diesel 2500 truck I purchased from a Dallas dealership. I then had a lift kit installed for my client. The truck broke down on the way home after the lift was installed. We had it towed to Carlisle, and they service Manager Kenny, refused to even look at the truck and tell us if the problem was covered under warranty, or if the issue was the lift kit company's fault. I paid $300 to have it towed the Dallas dealership I bought it from, and they had it repaired in two days. It turned out to be an exhaust sensor that overheated. Completely covered under the GM warranty. This is the definition of a country club.

Ran my debit card thru twice and will not refund me.
Purchased a brand new car in April - over $25,000. Went for the first maintenance appointment "oil Change" $41.64. Went to pay and paid with my debit card- the employee ran it through the machine. I received an instant text showing the debit. The clerk stated it did not go through can she see my card again. I showed her my text and she was like let me call our Dallas Office to let them know. "?" When she spoke to the upper office, they said absolutely not to run it through again. She even explained that my back sent a confirmation already. They still insisted on re-swiping it. Not one time of checking with my bank- since it was business hours or anything to the fact I might be right. So i let them run the card again. Then another text was rcvd stating again I was charged. I showed the clerk and she was insisting the pmt never went through the first time. Long story short.... 3 days later I call giving them time as they said to balance there daily totals, and Carlisle Chevrolet in Waxahachie, Texas was stating It only went through once. I said I had already called my bank and they verified I was charged twice. They were insisting I was wrong. I told her I will call my back and have them call their office. My bank called and they were very rude to them as they were to me. The dealership referred the bank to the vendor. The vendor said it had already went through and Carlisle would have to reimburse my account.The bank then called Carlisle and the refused to listen to her and said well we never charged it twice and there's nothing they need to do. I had to file a dispute with my bank .. Carlisle Chevorlet In Waxahachie TX would not do anything about it.. I will never go back there.. So if you want to be treated with respect, you might not want to go there. No calls from anyoneat Carlisle Chevorlet in Waxahachie TX and its been over 5 days.
