The purpose to figure out why my2021 Chevy Silverado that I brought from Carl Black of Orlando GMC and why I keep taken my vehicle to Carl Black cant fix it right I have to keep taken it there, their advisors and management is horrible they never return phone calls, like they so busy. I had major motor work and camshaft done twice and electrical problems going on 2 years. This dealership service department needs to be drug tested

Preferred solution: For then to fix truck correctly all the problems or give me a clean slate and give me a new truck, cause the one I have now is a lemon

They whole dealership needs to be tested for drugs, especially the service department and technicians been having same problems for 2 years.

Nothing has changed no one will return my phone call no manager, advisors or technician everyone always busy let them tell or always on lunch and get there phone records over the last few months or last year and see how many times I called there and they returned my phone call, and my truck have been in the shop every few month for the last 2 years
Carl Black of Orlando is worse dealership ever, customer serice is poor no type of customer service. Let them tell they always busy or on lunch or away from desk etc.
They always say they will get back in contact with u never call back. This like my 8th time taking my vehicle there and they stall have fixed it or got it right but the quick to give u a bill. There service department is full drug junkies u can see it in there face and eyes.
The manager and GM there always busy. This dealership need the license taken away
