Bloodhound Puppy Passed Away-Refuses to give refund

Our family drove over 2 hours to pick out a bloodhound puppy from Caring Canine on October 31, 2015. We purchased one of the female puppies but had to wait until the puppy was old enough to leave the mother. Six days later I received an email stating the mother sat on our puppy and the puppy passed away. We were told we could purchase the male puppy that was left. 2 days later we were told the husband sold the puppy without letter the owner Chrystll knowing. She said she will issue us a refund. It is now MARCH 29, 2016 and we have yet to receive out refund.
