They never got my donation and now I am waiting to hear back from western union to see if will get back my money

I just am beyond annoyed with caringbridge and trying to get a direct reply back and it took forever for somebody to finally get back to me abut the $200 dollars donation that I had sent May 8 for Padme Ellis and they wanted my full name and address to try and find this donation and now I still have not heard back and I have no idea as to why it did not get there and now it is 6/2 is it asking to much for them to check and I had sent so many emails and wrote on facebook and that was indeed useless and I called and left a complete message and no call but no problem they can email me if it is easier and please try and let me know and thanks Millie McDonald and God bless you and please do help this here disabled senior...

I had sent in a donation of $200 for baby Padme Ellis, and it has been 4 weeks. All I want to know is if they received my donation because I've had problems with the postal service.

I've sent them several emails and I can't get a direct answer; it's always 'we received your request and will get back to you soon.' However, it has been over 4 weeks now. I called and left a complete message, but they never called back.

I also wrote to them on Facebook and got the same response, 'we will get back to you soon.' I sure wish they would define their 'soon.' Is it too hard to just have the decency to let me know if they received it or not? Thanks, Millie.
