Shipment

Shipment didn't arrive on time again. This was the second try. Being it was sent to a vacation home I was specific on the dates it needed to arrive and ordered way ahead of time. Both times we were stuck sleeping on the sofa due to cariloha not coming through as promised As much as I wanted to try this mattress ,I'm sorry to say I was unable to due to customer service.

User's recommendation: If you can to wait and not in need of the mattress being delivered as expected then order. I can not tell you about the quality snd feel since I was unable to try it

Sent the wrong order & then harassed by company

I received the wrong order and called customer service after sending two emails. I was met with a very disrespectful man who demanded that I print out a UPS label and drop off the package to my local UPS before they would send me my correct order. When I informed him that I had covid and could not leave the house, he argued with me and told me that I had to if I wanted to see my correct order THAT I PAID FOR. Very disrespectful company. Horrible customer service. I'm no longer a customer.

We were sent too many pillowcases

I think we paid for an extra set of standard pillowcases we asked for 2 standard pillowcases along with the Kingsize bed set in The Resort level. This was at your Curaçao store. It arrived a few days ago before Memorial Day. We cannot find the receipt but we did put it on our Capitol One Mastercard. We need help. There is a store in Town Center Mall in Boca Raton Florida.
