32 minutes to get my morning coffee

Unreal. This is the only Caribou that can usually get the mixture of the drink correct: iced vanilla white mocha. I usually frequent it every morning before work.

The grilled cheese sandwich is over done on one side and not done on the other side. I thought it was just an error the first time I ordered it but it was exactly the same the next time and it looked like it was thrown in all crooked and mis aligned and a lot of the cheese was stuck to the wrapper.

They said that they cant do anything about it.

Its how their oven is and thats just the way it is. Its store number 1498 in Fond du Lac Wisconsin.

A few months ago, I emailed you a complaint about not receiving a full compliment of product in the cup. In some cases down a good inch from the top.

You emailed me back stating you Would notify all department managers. Well in some cases I saw improvement but in others we are still shorted. A month or so ago, you again raised prices, ok so how can you do that and still short the customers.

I have a pic I am going to try to send, hopefully. Makes no difference, I am considering going with a different product when my perks is used up.
