The company is charging me for services that I have not used. I contacted them and they have not gotten back with me. I asked them to refund my funds and they have not replied to me, as of yet.

I've left them many messages and tried to contact your customer service number it tells you to call back later every time and hangs up on you they have no translator from English to Spanish do you lea

There's no translator to be able to translate the Spanish from English and their members can't translate your words so there's no means of communication between members this is a scam run the other way
