Fraud
There has been a problem for over 2 months and they keep saying that there is nothing they can do just wait. Looks like a fraud and that they hope I just forget about it and let them take ny money

Resolved: Cancelled a paid reservation
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. My credit card company contacted CarFlexi and I received a full refund back on my credit card
STAY AWAY FROM CARFLEXI RENTALS. We paid for a car rental back in March and when we arrived at the Podgorica airport and they had cancelled our reservation.
They had no cars for us. They said we were late. Our flight was late but nothing we could do about that. We asked for a refund and they refused.
We called Carflexiti and spoke to the rudest unprofessional rep I've ever dealt with. And they also refused a refund.

Bonjour, J'ai eu l'occasion de réserver ma voiture du 06 mai au 20 mai sur votre plateforme. Lors de ma réservation, le prix affiché était de 919 euros sur votre site, et c'est à ce prix que j'ai confirmé ma réservation.
Arrivé à la réception du véhicule à BUDGET (numéro de réservation : 20662****) à L'aéroport d'Orly, la somme demandée n'était pas la même. En effet, à la fin du séjour, j'ai eu la surprise de payer 1128 euros soit 209 euros de différence avec le prix affiché le jour de ma réservation.
La raison de cette hausse de prix ne m'a pas été donné et j'aimerais maintenant avoir plus de précision sur cette différence de prix.
