I have been trying to get carfinance to respond back to my emails to get my car title since June 2022. I have not been able to even speak to a human being.

The automated system won't put me through to speak to anyone without my account number which I no longer have from 2020. It does not reconize my social security number. This is an old paid off account.

I do not what to do. I've considered seeing an attorney.

Carfinance had a lien on my car title. It was paid off in full in 2020. I cant get a hold of anyone to helo me there.

I am in possession of a vehicle....2014 Ford Focus SE/black.... that I was paying a car note for but had transmission issues from the start... eventually leading to trans failure-June 2020...the car is at my residence... I'm asking that whomever has say so over retrieving this vehicle I don't own... PLEASE COME GET IT OUT MY GARAGE...It can be fixed... needs a new transmission...thank you

Letter date 11 june 2018

I received a letter from you dated 11 June 2018. The letter states I have a credit rating of 553 from, I assume, Experian but when I look up my rating on Credit Karma I have two credit ratings of over 700 one is from Transunion at 765 and the other is Equifax at 783. I cannot call you because the number in the letter asks for an account number. The only thing in this letter is a Re: App ID# 411****. I would very much like to speak to someone on this matter since I know my bills are paid on time. I want someone from your agency to explain this to me. I would like a phone number that goes directly to customer service you do not have and account number with them. Again when I call the phone number in the letter it asks for my social security number and my account number of which I have none with you.

Received an email supposedly from Pay Pal thanking me for your service on something I did not order.

I called in to get the balance to pay off. I made the payment. Then called to see about my title and I am told I still have a balance and I asked what the charges are they couldn’t tell me but wanted me to pay them. The lady was rude and disrespectful. I talked to two different reps and either of them could tell me the same thing. DONT go thru this company the worst I have ever dealt with.

This company is horrid. They not only charge outrageous interest rates, when you try and negotiate payments and rates with them they extend terms additional 16 months costing thousands more than the original loan. Top top this off, they are re-aging information on credit reports to make it look like missed payments are more current then they actually are. Complete frauds. Do not do business with this company or their parent comany “Flagship”.

Issues With Processing Car Payments Online

I refinanced a car with Carfinance, always paying with speedpay via Western Union. I get a confirmation email, all seems well. Suddenly I'm getting phone calls from them, it has been two days since I made the last payment and it still has not processed via my bank account. When I check the account online, it now states that the payment I just made is past due even though I have a payment confirmation number for when the payment was made (on time). Not sure why I get a confirmation number for the payment, but their system shows it is bad. If this is indicative of how they are, I will be looking elsewhere to refi the vehicle.

Horrible customer service! After I told phone rep to get out of customer service, he said he's not in customer service. I said EXACTLY MY POINT!!! Rude, inconsiderate, untrained, uneducated failures! Refinance somewhere else if possible! Last Rep from their company seemed drunk. Very unprofessional business, seems like they are operating out of someone's garage.

This company is terrible. I contacted them after seeing them on my credit report. I said remove inquiry and contact everyone you sold or shared info with. They said no, go get a police so I did and went to courtroom and started a civil action against them all. They got all defensive. They said the reason my (said) application did not go through was because all my information was wrong. Hmm? of course it was. It was not me. Car Finance will not get rid of me until all information on all 3 credit files are gone. I will not stop

They suck simple as that! I get a call every other month from a very rude "customer service rep" telling my car note is pass due, when in fact I have my payments set up for automatic withdrawal smh.. The last time I asked to speak with an supervisor because I was getting the false "late payment" calls too often and he couldn't even apologize ugh I was told " well people make mistakes, their just doing their job" ! Yes, you are right people make mistakes, but how many times are you going to make the same mistake and I'm pretty sure your job doesn't require you to be so nasty towards people rather that are late making a payment or not. I'm over this company and I really open they are bought out by a better company!

Car Finance is basically a predatory loan company. A last resort for desperate people and then they don't wanna bend or work with their customers when surprise surprise there are issues trying to pay the high loan payments due to the outrageous interest rate. Customer service is the most important part of any successful business and this company is a huge heartless failure. Avoid getting any kind of loan through this massive failure of a company at all costs.

You are paying high APR because it was YOU who destroyed YOUR credit. YOU were placed with them because the bank's wouldn't touch you with a ten foot pole because of your deadbeat reputation. That's a FACT and YOU know it.

Letting you deadbeats pay when and what you want to pay has nothing to do with customer service. What you're whining about is their efforts to hold you to the contracted promise to pay which you agreed to.

Now you're throwing a temper tantrum because of the consequences YOU CAUSED!

This company is a scam. I received a letter from them saying I could refinance my loan and save money. $1,212 per year, in fact. And...6.88% in interest. Looks good until you do the math. My current loan has 39 months remaining at $368. They are offering 59 months at $267. So...multiply it out. 39 @ $368 is $14,352 | 59 @ $267 is $15,753. Sure, I will save $1,212 per year, but I will pay an additional $1,401 over the length of the loan.

JUST REFINANCING NOW

I appreciate reading everyone's issues with Car finance. I filed bankruptcy discharged 6 months ago and ws paying 23% interest. After paying $2000 in monthly payments I still owed the same amount that I financed my vehicle for, so when car finance offered to refinance at 9% I jumped on it. I am waiting for them to finish the psperwork and payments to begin with them, but with reading everyone's complaints I am worried now. One person said she never missed a payment and they repossessed her car.....yikes! Please leave any messages to me that you feel may help in caseI have issues with carfinance.com
