I ordered something from the website a few days ago. Most companies send some kind of confirmation email when you do that to let you know that your order has been received and when you can expect the package to be delivered.
I have received no such email. I went back to the website to see if there was a way to track my order and didn't find anything. Then I tried to find contact information. Again, nothing.
I just want to know if my order has been received and if the product is coming to me. My bank has confirmed that the transaction was processed, so I'm down $170. I'd like to know that I'm getting something for that money.
It tried to order the same product from Amazon and it's been "lost in the mail". Does this company even exist?

I am extremely disappointed with the product. I used it once and it would never charge again.
No one will take it back as a return.
Everyone states there is a no return policy.
Was a lot of money spent for something that doesnt work.

Have not heard a peep after all that was done to reach out to them.
Virtually no contact or response from carepeutic...it's like the company is a ghost
As of being notified of carepeutic reading my complaint, I have not heard back from any one at carepeutic. Stay tuned
My massage mat is not working and Fingerhut told me to reach out to the manufacturer, but no one answers the phone.

Will not let me exchange broken product
I got the carepeutic Luxury Comfort Full Body Massage Mat as a gift from a family who passed away about 2 months later. When I finally unboxed the mat to give it a go I realized the handheld controller would not work.
I contacted the company and explained the situation and no matter what they would not accept a return and replace the product. I was unable to give them the receipt because it was never given to me and my aunt had passed unexpectedly in a motorcycle accident about a month and a half maybe two months later.

Foot massager doesn’t start
My foot massager which is less than a year old doesnt start. Every now and then it starts and stop immediately. I just cant find their customer service contact number or website
Arms don’t come Alresdy attached
The arms are difficult to attach to the backrest. Need a video. No instructions in the damn manual.
Preferred solution: Show me how to attach arms to the bed rest.

Purchased through Amazon the Carepeutic Kh248 Traveler Rechargeable Truly Hot and Cold Pain Relief Percussion Massager by Carepeutic in June 2014.
Cannot find my charger. Need a replacement. Please help.

Purchased massager from Amazon on 6-7-2018 for $194.31.
Massager worked very well and performed as I had expected until yesterday August 2, 2018. Now in Mode P1 the motorized rollers and the Water jet output will not come on when the massager On button is pressed.
Switched to P2 and the two functions will not work at all. If you unplug the massager and replug it then the motorized rollers and the Water jet output will start in P1. If you decide to turn off either one of these functions during the massage then you have to unplug the massager and start over again. I read in the operation manual that there is a limited warranty from the manufacturer against manufacturing or workmanship defects under normal use.
This massager has been used ONLY for normal use during the two months since I purchased it. I really need your help!

your comment is not true, once you log into your Shopify account, you should be able to contact any sellers. By the way, when you purchase anything from this web site, you automatically received confirmation with what you purchased and how much you pay for. For tracking, you need to log into your account where you are able to see your order with tracking number and track delivery status on carrier's website such as UPS or FedEx or USPS.
I don't have a shopify account and there is no contact information on the website, nor does Google turn up a phone number or email or any contact information. If my comment is not true, then what's the contact info?
