Will not let me exchange broken product

I got the carepeutic Luxury Comfort Full Body Massage Mat as a gift from a family who passed away about 2 months later. When I finally unboxed the mat to give it a go I realized the handheld controller would not work. I contacted the company and explained the situation and no matter what they would not accept a return and replace the product. I was unable to give them the receipt because it was never given to me and my aunt had passed unexpectedly in a motorcycle accident about a month and a half maybe two months later.

Foot massager doesn’t start

My foot massager which is less than a year old doesnt start. Every now and then it starts and stop immediately. I just cant find their customer service contact number or website

Arms don’t come Alresdy attached

Purchased massager from Amazon on 6-7-2018 for $194.31.

Massager worked very well and performed as I had expected until yesterday August 2, 2018. Now in Mode P1 the motorized rollers and the Water jet output will not come on when the massager On button is pressed. Switched to P2 and the two functions will not work at all. If you unplug the massager and replug it then the motorized rollers and the Water jet output will start in P1. If you decide to turn off either one of these functions during the massage then you have to unplug the massager and start over again. I read in the operation manual that there is a limited warranty from the manufacturer against manufacturing or workmanship defects under normal use. This massager has been used ONLY for normal use during the two months since I purchased it. I really need your help!
