I have a client who has hired me and I have called so many times to speak to someone and I cant get thru to anyone to help bc they are not on my list of clients

I have been waiting on a payment for days now. I cleaned for my client Doris Lopez on 11-7-24 and 11-8-24.

I need to add her as a client on my profile and I can't get ahold of anyone. The payment of $375 needs to be paid

I need to update my email and my phone number because I no longer have access to those contacts can someone help me with updating my info

I'm tired of waiting for pay keep getting told my pay is coming This is my last day waiting Canceling my clients till my pay is received

Had a caregiver for two weeks. She was overbooked and did not have time for me.

Second visit ten minutes late for doctors appointment. Third time did not even show up no phone calls, etc. Talked to head advisor on Monday and here it is Friday and have not heard a word from Carelinx at all. This is a poor excuse for service when I really need some help.

I am in Wilmington, North Carolina and have reported these happenings to Blue Cross which referred them to me.

It been 7 days and still no answer and I was wondering why I haven't heard anything his much longer do I have to wait or can I talk to some one

In November 2020, I sought a company to provide care for my elderly father. As I live out of state, and several hundred miles away, I utilized online searches and input from medical professionals.

I found Carelinx, and after several phone calls and communications, I was assured each and every caregiver was qualified and vetted. I believe they used the term, insured and bonded. In December of 2020, I was provided a caregiver through Carelinx. Within a matter of days I was forced to contact the police as the caregiver was heavily intoxicated ( not my terms, but actual wording of the police report).

The caregiver was removed from the home and arrested and charged with several crimes, including illegal drug related crimes. To date, Carelinx has done nothing to address the situation. In addition to a copy of the police report I have statements from RNs employed by Hospice who attended my father and had interaction with the caregiver provided by Carelinx. These statements make crystal clear the individual was considerably less than qualified and in fact guilty of elder abuse and neglect.

None of the aforementioned are opinions but rather totally factual. I would advise anyone who is tasked with providing supplemental care for an elderly loved one, not to utilize this company. I would not wish anyone to go through anything like this. Carelinx can dance around the semantics of their employment practices, but bottom line, they provided an individual who was nothing short of a criminal to care for my father.

It is beyond the pale they can remain in business. I certainly understand mistakes, but they have yet to make any effort to address this matter.
