If you are one that can pay off your card before the promotional period has ended or, if you are never never late on your payments this is a good card for you. Late fees are $38.00. Also, if you do not pay your balance in full within the promotional period be prepared to pay the deferred interest rate calculating every month then added in one lump sum for you to pay. For example: If your interest rate is 29.99% and you charged $1,200, and the 1...

Yes I totally agree with you! Bridge cards are SUPPOSED to help feed you and your family with necessary items, not luxuries! People abuse the system and buy high end items that they wouldn't normally purchase if they had to stretch that paycheck! They would say that's a lot of money for a cake, is there a less expensive one? I used to work in the grocery business and I seen a lot of waste go on with those cards, it made me disgusted! This one...

I was told by a friend if we didn't pay off our account before the promotional date the interests went sky high... so I just checked them and in December it was 17 dollars, in Jan it was 134, in feb it's 90 dollars!! we have to use all our savings to pay this crappy card off and get rid of it!! We have a car credit card also but we paid that off before the date so didn't know this was going to happen. I read about a law suit they had in 2013 to...

This company has told me so many lies. First I was told I had one year free interest, after 6 months they added $900 to my acct for interest and $120 every month after. My min payment is 119.00/month and I always pay $400-$500 monthly and my payment seems to never decrease.i have called several times and all I get is a bunch of rude, lying representatives.

Horrible customer service. They are definitely looking for your money. I called and was told immediately to pay. There was no "how can I help you"? I wanted to refer folks to them but I have been paying almost two years. Yuck. I try to get out of dental work, just clean please.

I teceived a care credit card to pay for medical expenses incurred while i was unemployed with no insurance. They, were very pleasant not only did they but also my doctors office explained i had 12 months interest free to pay the, account off. I went back to work a few months later made payments and paid if off within the agreed time and had no problem. I have used it since for vet bills and had the same experience. I believe the other reviewer...

Pure and simple, Care Credit doesn't really "care" for anything but profit. Predatory practices directed at persons whom are under emotional distress to provide urgent medical care for loved ones. Their "minimum amount" to charge to access "deferred interest", who's "time period" continues to dwindle is absolutely shameful! Non promotional interest rate is nothing but abusive! This card is now commonplace at Vision and Veterinarian...

I mistakenly sent the payment to my card, over $1000.00. It should have gone to my husbands card. I was charged late charges on his card of $84. They have been calling me for the last 3 months, can't understand half of what they say. I explain it to them and they talk to my husband and say OK it will be taken care of. Today, 3 months later they call go through it all again, and the guy says they can not take money from one account and put in...

OK here's the deal. I, like everyone else, got a Care Credit account to help with medical needs for myself & an emergency with our family dog who was bitten by a really bad spider. I had the account open for about 4 months when the Thanksgiving holiday came around. Knowing the week would be shortened by 2 days, I mailed a payment that was due on the 23rd on Nov. 11, which gives plenty of time to reach the bank, no matter where they are located....

I got this card for some dental work, and admit I didn't research or read fine print or reviews. I made payments on time for over a year. I missed one payment and was immediately reported to credit bureau. The interest is outrageous and if you don't at least try to double your monthly payments, you'll be paying double or triple your loan amount. If you will not be paying off balance right away, look for other means to pay for medical expenses...

I tried to access my account online and got a message to call customer service. I did so and was told I had to reset my password. I did and still couldn't access my account. Called again and was told it was my computer's fault. Restarted and tried again, told I needed to reset the password. Did so and got the same error message. Called a third time and was told it was my problem. Very bad attitudes and absolutely no help at all. I've always paid...

So I used care credit for eye surgery a while back. I was approved for 4500$. I was paying my payments on time every month until I was discovered to have cancer cells in my cervix. I had to have surgery. I had those medical bills pouring in and had to pay those first in order to receive treatments or cancer would get larger. I told care credit about the issue and they pretty much said "oh well, pay or else." I fell into collections and they...
