Poor customer service

Bought a Trident scooter, used to cross a level road using a dipped kerb. Scooter over balanced, tipping my mum into the road.

Luckily she fell on my sister, breaking her fall. This happened a second time. Understandably all confidence was lost with the Trident. Phoned to ask for refund or part exchange.

Was told no as a week over the four week period allowed for any returns.

No other mobility companies will look at the Trident due to it being unsafe. I think it speaks volumes when Careco won't even part exchange their own product

Safety issue

Fell off as unsteady when crossing a road from a dipped kerb.

Asked for a refund or exchange. Too late for refund as should of contacted within 4 weeks of purchase.

Incident occurred in 5th week.

Wont part ex on any terms even though they still advertise as doing part ex.

They no longer stock this three wheeler. Wonder why ?

No other mobility company will touch this product.

We were mis sold an unsafe scooter that NO ONE wants, not even CareCo themselves.

Due to internal systems Customer service is totally unable to obtain meaningful answers to delivery queries. They have to hand off an inquiry to another department who should contact the customer direct. So far, after11 days first raising the query, and making 3 further calls I have no information.

Can not give a low enough report for delivery or customer service as three attempts have been to collect faulty goods and now replacement has gone wrong customer sevicee terrible

faulty wheelchair bought from Milton Keynes, when i first informed shop they were not interested and fobbed of with customer service/product support. have contacted them about 6 times and sent emails and photo evidence took them a week to agree replacement which arrived but courier would not take old one.

first collection failed ,second collection failed, third collection failed.

now have problem with replacement and although the original is still with me they will not collect without box which i have informed the this was destroyed by grandchildren
