I was promised a free 7 day trial, yet was charged not only ONCE, but twice !

A few days later the double charge was reversed.

I am still stuck with an app, on a one week trial, that I paid in full for and if I try to cancel the free trial ( it say I can still use the app until September 27, 2026 !!!

It does clearly state FREE trial in my Apple purchases yet I was charged and cant get my money back. ($90.39)

If we cant come to a solution, I will have to get my credit card company involved.

My app froze up and lost all my info

This is a horrible company. There is absolutely no way to reach out to an actual person to fix the problem.

They have charged me, then re-upped me with a free trial which they deducted another $59 from my account. I loved the app when it worked, it did everything I needed.

Until it didnt. I cant even reach out to anyone to get my money back.

Hello, Please email us at support@***.io and we can fix this for you. As a reminder, we don't have the power to charge you more or less or before any subscription is due, payments are handled by Apple or Google based on which phone you use.
