Resolved: Hair Transplant failed, I have a lot less hair since the treatment
Extremely professional manner in which the matter was resolved. I am satisfied with the resolution.
Again during the procedure I explained that the front needed to be our focus. During the procedure I continued to express this, the 2 technicians that worked on me where clearly not qualified. They used tweezers instead of a follicle insertion tool. The end result was that I now have clumps of hair in the front and have lost hair not only from the crown area but also from the front.
I explained to them that I didn't believe the girls did a good job and that most of my grafs failed to root. I requested a refund and found other clinics that provided clinical steps required to do the transplant and saw clients that came in for treatment after the procedure that had a successful procedure and were coming in for PrP or solutions.
They refused to provide me with a credit even of half of the cost of the procedure. We are waiting to receive more cases to launch a class action suit against this clinic
