My credit card has been charge for two when my first Oder said a ONE TIME ONLY ORDER

This was an online order and it clearly stated One Time Only. These charges should not be on my credit card since I opted for a one-time payment.

This is an unfortunate way to conduct business. I have not used the first set long enough to provide feedback about the shampoo, conditioner, and spray.
