I use a citibank debit card to ATM to withdrawal money but dint open to remove it I have the receipt its was $400.00 dollars.

Status of Claim email to e.gcameron@***.com 7-26-2021

The issue is really with Direct Express. I attempted to with draw $360 via Allpoint ATM in CVS. I do this monthly. Instead of taking the money I put the DE card back in my wallet. As I reached for the money the ATM snatched it back. Direct Express found 'no error' and denied my claim. Direct Express stated their decision was final. Awaiting Cardtronics Ruling on this injustice and to refund.

User's recommendation: Withdrawals at ATM, like a duel, draw quick.

Use caution with this company

I have their atm in a bar I own. In July I purchased a new atm. 2020.00 for the atm and 350 to have it installed. I paid the full amount of 2370.00 on July 24. In December I received 2 bills 1 for 350 and 1 for 2020. I called them and talked to a customer rep. I explained I already paid the amount 5 months ago. All they’ll say is send e-mails to us about it. I did. They don’t return phone calls or e-mails. Any person you talk to offers no help and is clueless about any problem that comes up. Send a e-maill. Their customer service is very bad.

Atm didn't despense any of my money.

I went to a cardtronics atm in sanford nc. I tried to take out 100. And it charged me 3.50 for the transaction. So it took out 103.50 out of my account. But didnt despense any money. I called my bank and cardtronics. They said it would take up to 10 business days to get it back in my account. Here it is the 7th business day. And still not back in my account.

I went to an A.TM to get 140.00 out, but the machine only gave me$120.00 dollars out.so i'm missing $20.00 dollars. And I called to find out what to do reference# 601086**** and the clam # is 305****.
