Resolved: Can’t get phone support
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I was finally able to make contact with customer support. They replaced the head sets.
Headset issues. Can't adjust volume with headset controls, only with bike volume switch.
Can't get helmet to helmet to work. Plus, pre-recorded stuff when turning on headset and off is at full volume and won't turn down. All this used to work, and now it's gone to the above. It really sucks you can't talk to anyone.
Your customer service sucks. I will never buy any of your products again.
I will go back to Sena. At least you could talk to someone.

We set up our headsets but, they do not sync. Do not know why.
Very upset I was wanting to ride not be all day trying to fix the equipment!
