Terrible Customer Service

Patrick refused to assist me when my card was held up do to a postal strike, he put all of ZERO effort. I think he still needs to learn customers are what makes a business, I had another 8 cards I wanted to order plus recommendations to family and friends, after dealing with him I will never order from them again and obviously revoked all my recommendations to people after my experience.

I order my card early November, it is now January 11th and I still have not received my card. Terrible company!

I will never use this company again I ordered a card for my son's birthday to be delivered by the 1st of July his birthday was the 3rd it asked for a delivery date which I added the1st he only got his card at the end of July very annoyed disappointed and even more annoyed I tried to complain, but it asks to send a code before you can send the complaint, you don't even get a code tried 4 times to resend it nothing hence why I will not be using this company again. I only used this company thinking it would be quick and efficient so wrong it would've been quicker to post my son lives in Australia and this company is located there even more ironic
