Started a refi with them before thanksgiving Their processors are idiots. Can't follow simple explanations. Was still trying to explain inquiries are not new debt. Melissa Tart hate to say is learning disabled. Going tho report them to the banking commission. After i fired them, called Movement Mortgage and worked with Marcus. All documents see E-signed 15 days start to finish. Didn't have tho fax anything back. All done on the computer..

Cardinal Financial advertise they are a approved VA Lender, VA says no!!!!!!! I was told on 24 Nov 2015 by Victor Gonzales that I would have the check due to me upon closing mortgage refinance on 23 Nov 2015 on Friday 27 Nov 2015 and not any later than Sat 28 Nov 2015.
