I put a Walmart gift card on the Card Swap Connect app on Nov 4, 2025. It has been pending ever since, says pending payout.

Im trying to figure out how to reset my password and when I did it in the app it says that I dont have an account. When I made it.
Had it on my other phone and just tuned it on my new phone. I go to customer service and it keeps asking for ID follow by pound but how am I supposed to know how to verify my id
