Carbonetics

II ordered a carbonetics hat with a carbon fiber Tim for $85, $15 shipping for my boyfriend. I asked if it would be sent out before Fathers Day because my boyfriend was working out of state and staying in an air bnb that he would be changing by a certain date.

I was assured it would be sent out and I would get shipping info. Weeks later I ask about shipping info and they make excuses saying they will get it to me soon. 5 weeks go by and I told them I want a refund because they are unprofessional and have sent me nothing and also failed to reply to my messages a week before about the shipping info. They replied telling me they would give me a full refund and still send the hat.

A week later they say they will send th what and give me a 50% refund. By this time I am just frustrated. I dont even care about the hat because its the principle behind it. I file a dispute with PayPal and get my full $100 refund.

They message me telling me they still are going to send me the hat. This is now 2 months after I purchased the damn hat. I am annoyed now and I dont trust this company, their customer service, or their business. I dont want the hat anymore, my problem is if you give your word to someone, you keep it.

Your word is ALL you have at the end of the day. If I cant trust that, I will never do business with you again.

Long story short, this absurd company and people who work there are liars. They say they will work on a custom part for you and they give a 5-7 weeks time frame.

That's a lie. They take months and months without any proper and honest communication. When I first messaged them about it they said they could do it, they were so excited and ready. They asked for me to ship parts to them so they can do custom carbon fiber.

I shipped out parts to them in November 2022 and they got delievered there in a week. They kept telling me it will be ready and shipped in January 2023. It's March now. It never arrived and it was never finished nor was it ever started when they said they were working on it.

They never worked on it and lied to me the whole time saying they did. I asked for my parts sent back to me that I sent to them and the company/owner threatened to not send them back (it was never worked on) which is illegal in a way since it's my property. Very bad company. If you're a car enthusiast that was custom carbon fiber parts DO NOT buy or even talk with this company.

They will harrass and threaten you and keep the parts that you own. I waited months for nothing! Save your time and money.

I rate this company a -10000/10. Do NOT ever do buisness with them if you dont wanna be disappointed.
