Clothing of poor quality
It takes a lot to prompt me to leave a review--especially a bad one--but here's one: first, the "Plein Air" women's button-down cotton blouse from Carbon 2 Cobalt is not actually white, but a dingy light grayish color; second, within a short time, 6 of the its 8 buttons had broken into tiny pieces and were unusable in a closure-ish way. One redeeming positive is that the cloth is soft and comfortable and the seams seem well sewn...however I wouldn't buy it again. And...many broken buttons later, I'm sure...this shirt is still offered on the website.

Their items are cheaply made!
They sent me defective items. I ask for a replacement free as I'd sent them a picture of my broken item.
They charged me more!
Which now I'm having to dispute with my bank. Horrible company and customer service is poor.

Please stop sending us your catalog
I do not want to receive your catalog any longer. I have not bought anything from you for many years. You are wasting your money sending them to me and I do not want them in my mail box.

They have not issued a refund for returned merchandise after 3 week
I have been a good and long term customer of this store, a couple of items purchased in December did not fit right, so I returned them and requested electronic gift certificates in exchange, which is what their customer service rep told me to do on the phone. BTW, it took 2 calls with wait times of over 45 minutes to get through.
They acknowledged they received my return. It is now 3+ weeks later and I STILL do not have my refund,
Preferred solution: Full refund

You received my return on August 23 and I have not received my credit yet. I called on August 30 and the representative said the return would be processed by September 2. It is now September 8 and I still have not received my credit.

I had the same issue. I got with Tr Counties BBB and mycredit card'sbank and gave the bank proff of my return and the bank gave me credit and the bank can chase this company down for the money now
