Does not honor warranty

Purchased a king size bed , dresser and 2 night tables for approximately $8,400 thru an interior designer. The manufacturers one year warranty covers defective parts including lights in the base of the night tables.

The purchase was made in August 2017 and delivered to my home Dec 2017. My electrician tested the lighting mechanism and after several calls to customer service at Caracole was able to purchase from them 2 lighting mechanisms for a total price of $ 142.00..Now they don’t even respond to e mails.

Would not recommend or purchase another Caracole product.

Their product and customer service is terrible. Was considering several other furniture products for my new home but in view of their lack of response including their total disregard for honoring their warranty have decided against any of their products.
