Green Motion - Insurance rip off

We rented a car last week at Luton airport through Rentalcars.com for 5 days and paid for full insurance cover. When we picked up the car Green Motion told us we had a £900 excess and should pay £130 additional insurance to protect the excess.
When we returned the car we pointed out that we had aleady paid Rentslcars.co €63 for full cover and asked for our £130 back.
They told us that their booking did not tell them that we had full insurance but it was clearly stated on the collection voucher. Now they won't refund us.

Had to make a change to my reservation wanted different insurance coverage then what Priceline offered they refused to refund my money because even though I hadn't picked up the car yet They said I made the reservation for 12 and I was trying to make the change at 1. had to buy the insurance separately cost me $400 do not use pricelines insurance.
customer service representative Brenda threatened to hang up on me and refused to help in any way. customer service number 5260313 that is assuming she told me the truth. oh yeah and I ask for a manager I just got another sales rep their customer service is a joke. they sell you insurance they know will be refused by the car rental companies. call Dollar and ask them if they will accept their coverage as primary. They will tell you no and expedia will bury you in paperwork to get your money back, yet they continue to sell it as ' primary". need i say more....
