Car Pros Kia Huntington Beach

I asked Zawar Beck salesman At Car pros Kia Huntington Bch, CA if he would bring an SUV to my home to see if it would fit in garage. I also said i will not pay above msrp.

He was at my home in 25min. He drove the toll road on 10/21/22. He did not have a transponder. I bought the SUV on 10/22/22.

I was cited for a toll road vioation of 64.00 Car pros KIA HUNTINGTON REFUSES TO PAY AND DEMANDED PHOTO EVIDENCE of Zawar using the Do youtoll road without paying.

on MAY 8th I took my car to Kia Car Pros Huntington Beach. long story short I asked them if they could remove Kia logos and replace the two logos with the other style logo presented on another kia stinger vehicle.

their exact words were "no problem" will take an hour and half.

however Sadly after almost 3 hours they couldn't Remove the KIA logos without blistering and chipping the paint on my 2018 Stinger. AND They claimed they "didn't know there would be two holes behind the Oval KIA Logo. I had to leave the KIA dealership/service dept. with the back of my car chipped, blistered and no logo. ALEX a minimal employee, Also told me it was my responsibility to fix the holes but they would fix the paint bc that part was their fault. After 4 business days (actual time without a car 6 days total Friday-Wed.)

we picked up the car Wednesday night the paint looked fine however They put "stinger" on the back of my car twice and one of "stinger" logos is CROOKED

so now my car says "stinger" twice on the back and one of the logos is crooked.

in order to get my car back they made me pay $150 dollars for unfinished work. on the invoice they put customer is happy with results which is FAR from the truth bc we sat in the service dept going over their mess up plus I was force to pay.

the smaller "stinger' logo was intentionally put back on and put on crooked bc they new I didn't want it on and would have to pay someone else to remove it.
