I was taken to court over a car from Car Credit City in Alton, IL, 2weeks later tranny went out, was told check payment no good, several calls to get fixed, but to no avail, then harrassment for months several phone calls, taken to court, judgement supposidly entered on Mar 9, 2011, no copies sent to me now Jun 22 2011 my wages are being garnished, what the *** is that, What happended to appeal process, my rights as an American, it would take me 10 pages to explain how *** Car Credit City and its raquaterring corpation is *&^%$ up. My question is how the *&^% do I fight this thing when in 1 1/2 weeks the garnishemnts start coming out of my pay.
Circuit clerk office call their attorney( yea right)and have it postponed... I need help fast...
