Car remote I purchased had a bad battery.

Purchased a FOB for my 2015 Cadillac SRX when I got it programed at Batteries Plus they said the battery had only 20% life left It cost me $29.00 for them to replace the battery I would like to get a refund for the new battery.

Horrible customer service

No one from the company has reached out to me so far. I am stuck with these remotes that will do nothing for me.

This is not what I ordered and I do not want them. This is a horrible company to deal with - ZERO customer service.

I needed two original remotes for a Toyota Matrix. The website has pictures of the refurbished remotes that show the logo and FCC ID number.

That is what I ordered. What I received was the aftermarket remotes with no logo but they were the same price. I called support and they wanted me to send back the remotes before they would ship me the correct ones which I need now and not days from now. Now I have to ship back the incorrect ones on my dime to get a refund on my purchase.

I would never do business again with a company that does not own up to itsD mistakes.

These are NOT what I ordered and that is NOT my fault. Horrible customer service.

Shipped defective product

Ordered on line 2 replacement key fobs. Neither worked because the back fob was missing critical metal ring and spring that connects to the lock/unlock and alarm buttons on the front.

Called the company, they offered a partial refund. Did not want to refund the initial ship charge. Granted it was only $3.51, but why should the customer pay for shipping when the product is defective? The customer service person was not helpful, he was not rude, he was just adamant that I had to pay the freight because he said the "warranty" has passed.

This is not a warranty issue-I never got to use the fobs- they were defective from the start. I disputed it with my cc company and got a refund for the freight. This company has horrific reviews on many sites for junk product, horrible customer no-service and general bad conduct as a business.

Don't use them for anything!!! Why would you lose a customer over $3.51 and have the wrath of a dissatisfied customer go to every complaint site they can find and blast your company's bad behavior?
