Rude customer service.they hung up
No one ever returned my emails
When I asked him for his last name or ID, as he had asked of me, he refused to provide either. I then asked to speak to someone else or his supervisor, but he refused to connect me to his supervisor. He also refused to give me the corporate number. He passed me over to another employee who was even ruder.
The second employee, supposedly named Jeremy, also refused to connect me to a supervisor or provide the corporate number. Jeremy then abruptly hung up the phone.
