Rude customer service.they hung up
I called for assistance to connect my Wi-Fi to my brand new Car and Driver Mini Pro 1080 Full HD Dash Cam. The person who answered the phone call claimed his name was Darnell and spoke with a heavy accent from India.
When I asked him for his last name or ID, as he had asked of me, he refused to provide either. I then asked to speak to someone else or his supervisor, but he refused to connect me to his supervisor. He also refused to give me the corporate number. He passed me over to another employee who was even ruder.
The second employee, supposedly named Jeremy, also refused to connect me to a supervisor or provide the corporate number. Jeremy then abruptly hung up the phone.
