Caputo and Mariotti

Commits fraud to feed his own pocket if he would do it to his own family imagine what he is doing to you.

I received a phone call from Caputo and Mariotti in regards to issues with an anti-epileptic drug, Keppra. I was told that a case was being initiated to obtain remuneration for the nightmare I experienced on this drug.

Doctors at University of Virginia (don't go there either!) who prescribed the drug and other irresponsible parties there refused to take responsibility for not changing the drug for ten years when it actually caused more seizures, a 130 pound weight gain, suicidal thoughts, and severe anxiety. I was so emotionally and cognitively out of sorts on the drug that I had no idea that it caused all my problems. I was going after the pharmaceutical company. I found out last month that no such case was ever initiated in my name, and that an employee at Caputo and Mariotti had misled several people in regards to the legitimacy of legal action.

They quickly shrugged off responsibility for what took place under their firm's umbrella of responsibility. People should go elsewhere, because if ever one person affiliated with this firm could cause such a misrepresentation, then it can happen again.

I was injured in an auto accident and it took years before i got settlement. Because they failed to represent me properly at trial I was only awarded money I was entitled to.

They let the Insurance company's attorney get away with things the should have stopped. They were terrible at trial and did not seem to know what they were doing and it had a very negative impact on my money. They also charged me for the entire trial including paying all the doctors who testified on my behalf and they took most of my money. This should never had made it to trial if they knew what they were doing.

I have a friend that had the same type of accident and had a different Attorney and she settled out of court for same injuries I had for 250,000+ and it was settled within a year out of court.

Do not trust these guys they are sneaks and they will take all your money and come up with unexceptable reason!!!! there are far better attorneys than them.
