We had the same bad experience with Captain Marketing, got charged several thousands of dollars within several months then got NO results.

We provided them every information they asked but besides the mediocre $1000 setup! Bogus links and wrong AdWords (they never fixed wrong keywords), nothing else was done! Captain Marketing’s charges are total waste and rip off.

The Captain Marketing plays a Big Games with NO results to show.

To Whom It Might Concern,

Had utilized Captain Marketing for our SEP a fair while back and only now happen to remember that I wanted to express some thoughts as to their service were only virtual it seemed, as nothing was accomplished within the time frame they stipulated we would have results. Nothing sincerely ever happened and when I finally got their customer service on the horn, they only yes me to appease the phone conversation, but nothing ever really happened to positively affect our site or to correct their non productiveness!! When I complained about it and requested they correct or offer a refund, they basically manipulated the truth and said in so many words. tough!

So please BEWARE, as I believe they additionally used Black Hat techniques which actually hurt our site long term and I am having that corrected currently.

I prefer also not to divulge who we are as I also feel they will cause further damage through their own methods, especially now that I had to fire them and expressing the truth in their methods of doing improper SEO business.

Morals & Ethics seemed to be missing from their methods of thinking along with being extremely nasty when it came to pushing and not doing the "right thing"!

Thank you for reading and as I stated beware and have everything you speak on with them documented to establish a firm paper trail, especially with your CC company.

They deployed every deceit they could. Promised me everything until they got my credit cards and then I never heard anything from them again but, they charged my credits every month refused to send to me any receipts and did nothing, no work whatsoever to improve my SEO.

Stay away from Captain marketing! The worst of the worst. The even sold to me a web site which was not theirs to sell to me and they got caught doing so. Yes, I was forced to find a new SEO company to rewrite the web sites Captain marketing sold to me.

They got caught for copyright infringement. Captain Marketing took so much of my money without any receipts until I caught them.

Bank got some of my money back but, Captain marketing is not a company to do any business with. They are horrible and everyone should stay away from captain marketing!

stay away from this company ,they will give you fake leads that when you call the customer you will never reach him they are unreal leads .they will take your money with no returns.i have been there and got ripped off .they will charge you $100 set up fee plus $ 9.75 per not real lead ,they will give real adress with fake phone numers that you will call hundreds of times with no answer and there is nothing you can do about it .this company is a scam for the consumer and for the contractor they will tell you that they prescreen the contractor but they never did .i was not prescreened .stay away please.thanks for reading .
