I signed yp and followed protocols. I won a prize and now contact them in concerns of the withdrawal.
I was informed ill receive feedback within 72 hours. It will be a month now and still no response or assistance.

My account says I have $210 withdrawable amount, so I sent $10.69 in Litecoin. The chat person said I couldn't withdraw because I have not made any deposits, since all I did to reach my money was through promotions.
I'm very angry because I thought I was getting $221, which includes the $10.69 in Litecoin that I'm supposed to get back, and nothing! I want my $10.69 put back into my Litecoin immediately! I will never play at your casino again. Therefore, my review is 0 out of 10.
To make matters worse, they keep rejecting my driver's license, so I can't be verified. Send my $10.69 in Litecoin back to me!

I have three remaining withdrawals. One is Coindraw, the last two are Bitcoin.
I was told today that because I have been doing well, not only have they cut my bonuses, but my remaining Coindraw withdrawal will be changed to Bitcoin and I'll have to wait for it. This was after I was told it would be paid Thursday, then sorry Friday, then yesterday it would be paid today to be within the time frame. This withdrawal was requested and accepted as Coindraw on November 6th.
I don't understand treating customers who have spent a lot of money this way. Melissa Jones.
