It has now been over two months and nothing has been done. I did finally hear back from a sales rep from Captain George’s and she said that they do not reimburse, give certificates for another time/place, or do anything to resolve this. But thanked me for letting them know.

I have been to all of the Captain Georges locations and the Myrtle Beach one is by far our favorite every time we go. We went to the Williamsburg, VA location on December 29 and it was the absolute worst food and worst service ever experienced.

The food was cold, hard, and inedible. Our waitress was definitely high on something and never came back. We spoke to the manager and he said he would comp us for the meals. My husband is paralyzed and in a wheelchair and he said he would wait for the manager to come back because he just walked away from us for some reason.

I went to get the van while he finished taking care of this and when the manager returned, he was very rude to him and insisted that he pay. My husband became embarrassed and just paid the check.

I mention that he is in a wheelchair because the managers attitude completely changed when I wasnt there anymore and he humiliated my husband and was disrespectful to him.
I reached out to the corporate office and nobody was available so I left a message with a person who assured me that Jamie would get back to me. As of January 15, I still have not gotten a call back.

I don't know how much food wasn't eaten, but it needed sent back to be remade or boxed, taken home and frozen.
