Courier late, how to tell where they are?
I had a delivery set for 10-12, it is now 12:10. I have been trying to call customer service but haven’t been able to reach anyone, I’ve just been endlessly on hold.
I can’t keep waiting here as I’ve already been sitting in my lobby for 2 hours. I’m really dissatisfied as my previous delivery, the courier just left with my prescription even though I had selected for it to be left with our front desk.
This whole thing has been much more of a hassle than it’s worth. I’d rather just go to the pharmacy next time, but Capsule literally has my prescriptions now.
