Employees should not have three friends and two kids working or hanging out while they are supposed to be working, leaving the store unattended while they harass other businesses. I heard this location was closing soon, which is the best news since this branch is dirty and ghetto.

From the time you walk in, I was hungry for a Bobby and thought, well, I will give it another chance. But I walk in and the door is gross, and what's even worse, my sandwich was sitting on the counter, not in refrigeration, and the young man who gave it to me had his pants below his butt with dirty-looking underwear showing! He didn't greet me, didn't say hello. It's just an eyesore.
We ate in a small town with small choices for food. I will never go there again; it always looks unsanitary!
Sorry, but this needs to be addressed. The place always looks dirty, and the people that work there look the same!

Use your points before you lose them
I lost all my rewards when switching phones back in May and have tried to contact them about for over a month now and no response - emailed them 4x and got emails they received my "ticket" and no response. Their corporate phone number in Vegas isn't available and the number on PissedConsumer just hangs up on you.

I purchased a Capriottis gift card, and when I tried to use it I was told it was invalid. After many attempts to contact their NON-EXISTANT customer service, I'm still out the money that it cost for the gift card.

- Used husband's info to sign up and got a second code, and they want the free small sub.
Yesterday I tried unsuccessfully to use my code that was given to me which is SMS25FNDCN-TWVQHDM. And was unable to use it.
I tried to enter my husbands information today and was given the code SMS25323GVPL9R and was unable to use that code either. I finally put my husbands phone number in instead of mine to get registered and thats when I got the second code. It really shouldnt be this difficult to sign up for a free small sub.
I bought sandwiches yesterday and I want to order sandwiches for tomorrow but would like to receive the one free small sub. Please advise me how I can do this.

Rude employees
- Odessa location had rude staff; an employee raised a middle finger.
- Tipping is appreciated but not required; better training is needed.
I tried reaching out several times and my emails were never answered. I’m highly disappointed, especially since they hired rude employees.
I went with my fiancé on Friday to the Odessa location and encountered rude employees. I put change in the tip jar and the employee stretched and, I think, didn't see us put his middle finger up.
My fiancé asked him, 'Did you just give me the middle finger?' and he got flustered and, of course, denied it. The other employee thought it was funny at first but denied it also. We are not obligated to tip since they do receive a salary.
Whether it be dollars or coins, it should be appreciated. I believe they should be trained better!
