DON'T BUY THEIR GIFT CARDS. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEM AFTER PURCHASE .
I purchased a Capriottis gift card, and when I tried to use it I was told it was invalid. After many attempts to contact their NON-EXISTANT customer service, I'm still out the money that it cost for the gift card.
DON'T PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY...

Excessively pissed off customer
I will explain on the phone. Its too long to put down on here. stole $50 from me and will not return it receipts available with Manager and district manager and employee.

Rude employees
I went with my fiancé on Friday to the Odessa location and encountered rude employees. I put change in the tip jar and the employee stretched and, I think, didn't see us put his middle finger up.
My fiancé asked him, 'Did you just give me the middle finger?' and he got flustered and, of course, denied it. The other employee thought it was funny at first but denied it also. We are not obligated to tip since they do receive a salary.
Whether it be dollars or coins, it should be appreciated. I believe they should be trained better!
