Irresponsible Steve Caplan!
Even though they are promoting themselves as professionals, Caplan is a serious waste of time. I would've never hired them if my ex didn't push me for, anyway, it doesn't matter.
They are highly irresponsible, immature and unprofessional.
I regret my decision for even accepting them to represent me. Learned my lesson, the hard way.

Unethical company!
When you hire an attorney, you expect to pay a serious sum, but get a quality service in return. You hire them to represent you.
However, in my case, Caplan Bankruptcy just took my money and got me nothing in return. I was left out with a bunch of unfinished documents and tons of promises. My bankruptcy case was left in midair, because they had "a lot of work". They couldn't finish my case because they overloaded themselves and made 0 results.
Moreover, their attitude on high pressure is disgusting. They are ready to insult you and mock you!
I am not like that, so I'll just tell you, if you can't finish a case, don't drag me to travel every day for nothing! Pathetic attorneys!

Poorly organized and unprofessional
I've been calling Caplan Bankruptcy three times for my case. Each time I called, I felt that I was unwanted to even start with them.
They transferred the call each time between them, showing no interest about my case, not even one detail. It looked so poorly organized and unprofessional for not even listening to me. In the call, they even talked with each other about their personal things, interrupting me and telling me that they will call me.
I gave up. They are poorly organized and unprofessional!

My bankruptcy case was delayed
They are not trying to help you, but they only care for your money. They treated me and my family like a dollar bag, even in my hard situation.
In fact, I didn't even want to hire them, but a friend of mine recommended them.
Anyway, we got ourselves in a pretty bad situation, and these people didn't help at all. My bankruptcy case was delayed.

I am not satisfied at all!
I think I made the worst possible decision, hiring these attorneys at the worst possible time in my life. Not only that it was extremely hard to reach them, they acted so poor and childish.
I hired them to take care of my bankruptcy case, and when we got in court, they did the job so poorly and unorganized, that my bankruptcy was denied.
I think that they don't even know the law and the required docs. What a waste of time!

Doesn't worth your time
Steve Caplan promises too much but gets you nothing in return. I filed a bankruptcy and I happened to choose them to help me represent me.
As I am reading other reviews all over the web, I am also thinking that I made a huge mistake.
They wasted me a precious time! They overpromised and acted professionally, but in fact they did totally the opposite...waste of time!

I thought I was the only one...not that they don't pay attention, after a meeting, I called back for more details and just to recap what we've talked. They didn't care! I think that my case wasn't worth that much and that is why they didn't care.
They don't care about details. They care about money. That's it!
